I have been eating Gluten Free for 3 1/2 years now after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. In many of my recipes I list the regular version and substitute the flour or gluten containing ingredient (ex. cream soups) with a gluten free alternative. For example: I have listed Tuna Patties on my Gluten Free list even though it has 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs as an ingredient. I just use gluten free if I’m eating it.
