Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats Old Fashioned
  • 1 scoop Octonuts Almond Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • peaches for topping, optional

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Lightly grease an 8X8 baking dish
  • Mix the rolled oats, Octonuts Almond Protein Powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; mix well
  • Pour into an 8X8 baking dish
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, until set. Be careful not to overcook and burn.
