Delicious Gluten Free Meatballs

Servings 19 meatballs


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 TBLS dry parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup oats ground in a food processor or blender


  • Mix eggs and seasonings with fork; add ground beef and 1/2 of the oats and milk.
  • Mix, then add other half.
  • Keep mixing and adding till the correct texture is reached; you should be able to roll mixture into a ball, but it should still be tacky (sticky like)
  • Roll meatballs about 1 1/2", golfball size
  • Place on a greased cookie tray (one with sides) Place in fridge for 30 minutes to help firm up.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven set at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Flip the meatballs over, then bake additional 10 minutes.
  • After cooked, simmer in sauce. Enjoy!!
