Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Cut the sliders along the roll lines and serve warm.
