Creamy lemon chicken pasta is made with juicy chicken breasts, fettuccine, and a rich homemade lemon cream sauce. This easy one-skillet dinner is ready in just 35 minutes.
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.12 ounces fettuccine pasta

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.2 tablespoons olive oil.
Reduce heat to medium. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 4 cloves garlic.

Pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 4–5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. 2 cups heavy cream.
Slice the chicken breasts.
Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Add the sliced chicken on top of the pasta, or stir it in, whichever you prefer. Simmer for 2–3 more minutes to heat everything through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired. Chopped fresh parsley.
