Delicious Gluten Free Meatballs

Ingredients

ground beef

eggs

cup
grated Parmesan Cheese

dry parsley

tsp
Garlic Powder

Salt

pepper

cup
milk

cup
oats
ground in a food processor or blender
Instructions
Mix eggs and seasonings with fork; add ground beef and 1/2 of the oats and milk.
Mix, then add other half.
Keep mixing and adding till the correct texture is reached; you should be able to roll mixture into a ball, but it should still be tacky (sticky like)
Roll meatballs about 1 1/2", golfball size
Place on a greased cookie tray (one with sides) Place in fridge for 30 minutes to help firm up.
Bake in pre-heated oven set at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Flip the meatballs over, then bake additional 10 minutes.
After cooked, simmer in sauce. Enjoy!!
