Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add 2 1/2 cups chicken broth, dried minced onion, parsley, poultry seasoning, sage, garlic powder, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.85 g butter (6 tablespoons),2 1/2 - 3 cups chicken broth,10 g dried minced onion (2 tablespoons),1 g dried parsley (1 teaspoon),2 g poultry seasoning (1 teaspoon),1 g rubbed sage (1/2 teaspoon),1.5 g garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon),0.5 g black pepper (1/4 teaspoon).

After the stuffing has rested for 5 minutes, gently fluff with a fork. If needed, add more warm broth, a little at a time, until the stuffing reaches your desired consistency.
Notes
Pro Tips: Cut bread into evenly sized cubes so they dry out at the same time in the oven. This helps pieces from getting to hard while others are still soft in the middle.Make sure your bread cubes are completely dry and crisp before making the stuffing! If there's still moisture in the bread, it can turn mushy when you add the broth. Don't rush this step!
