olive oil

honey

dried thyme

Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add carrot slices to the bowl and toss unEl evenly coated with the honey mixture.
Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending
on the size of your air fryer.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket or sErring the carrots halfway through cooking Eme.
The carrots are done when they're tender and lightly caramelized on the edges.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
Pro Tip:
For a different flavor, swap honey with maple syrup or add a pinch of chili powder for a bit of heat.
