Recipe Ingredients

You’ll need the following ingredients to make these amazing Air Fry Carrots: 

  • Medium carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Honey
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER CARROTS  STEP-BY-STEP:

Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Step 3: Peel and cut the whole carrots into uniform slices for best results. Add the carrot slices to the bowl and toss carrots until they’re evenly coated with the honey mixture.

Step 4: Place carrots in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. Depending on your type of air fryer, you may need to cook in batches if using a smaller air fryer.

Storage and Reheating

Storage: Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container. It can be kept for up to 3 days.

Reheating: Warm in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 1-2 minutes to restore their crispy texture
