Baked Potato Soup

A creamy hearty soup that is a family favorite. Feel free to substitute heavy cream for the milk.

Ingredients
3 to 4
potatoes
cooked (peeled and diced)
3 1/2
cups
milk
4
ounces
cream cheese

TBLS
butter
1 1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
pepper
4
ounces
cheddar cheese
shredded
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, minus cooked potatoes, in saucepan.
Stir till cream cheese melts. Do not bring to boil.
Add potatoes and mix in.
