This easy Chocolate Fruit Dip is rich, creamy, and totally addictive. It’s made with simple pantry ingredients and comes together fast with no stovetop and no melting. Just mix, chill, and serve!

Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. 8 ounces cream cheese.
Add confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder. Beat on low speed until incorporated, then increase to medium speed until smooth. 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar,1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
Add chocolate syrup, heavy cream, vanilla extract, espresso powder (if using), and salt. Beat until well combined and creamy. 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup,2 tablespoons heavy cream,1 teaspoon vanilla extract,1/4 teaspoon espresso powder,1/8 teaspoon salt.
Fold in mini chocolate chips with a rubber spatula. 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. If desired, refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm slightly.
Serve with assorted fresh fruit for dipping. Assorted dippers

Pro Tip:
If the dip feels too thick, add another tablespoon of cream or a drizzle of maple syrup. Don’t warm it over low heat, this isn’t a melted chocolate or chocolate sauces recipe, just stir and adjust to taste.
