Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. 8 ounces cream cheese.
- Add confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder. Beat on low speed until incorporated, then increase to medium speed until smooth. 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar,1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
