Fresh vegetables and crackers for serving
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Add the finely chopped green onions to the mixture and fold them in until evenly distributed.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
Before serving, give the dip a quick stir. Garnish with additional green onions, if desired.
Serve with fresh vegetables like carrots, celery, and crackers for dipping.
