In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add frozen corn. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. 2 16-ounce bags frozen corn kernels
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter and cream cheese. Stir until both are melted and combined. 8 ounces cream cheese,6 tablespoons butter
Add heavy cream, honey, salt, pepper. Stir until well combined. 1/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened and corn is coated evenly.
Serve hot, topped with fresh chives, if desired.

If using canned corn, just make sure to drain it first.
