Notes
Tip: I LOVE using a meatloaf pan! It's essentially a regular bread pan with a special removable insert. The insert helps drain excess grease, keeping the meatloaf healthier and less greasy. It also makes lifting the meatloaf out for slicing incredibly easy! I didn't see all the hype with this pan until I go tone, and wow! Total game changer, seriously! Pro Tip: Be careful not to overwork the meat mixture when combining the ingredients. Mix just until everything is evenly combined to keep the meatloaf tender and juicy.
