110-ouncecan Rotel® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained(I like to use MILD)
16ounces Velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4cupheavy cream
Instructions
Combine undrained Rotel tomatoes, Velveeta cubes and heavy cream in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is blended, stirring frequently.
Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or cut-up fresh vegetables.
Notes
Pro Tip: If you want to keep the dip warm for longer, transfer it to a small slow cooker on the “keep warm” setting so it stays smooth and melty during your party.
