Why I love Easy Casseroles:

Busy schedules mean you need meals that don’t require a lot of effort. These casseroles fit right into that rhythm. Most of these can be prepped ahead, they feed a crowd, and they make great leftovers. Plus, they’re budget-friendly meals that use everyday ingredients.

Need dinner tonight or something to bring to a potluck? These casseroles are easy, filling, and my family actually eat them! For breakfast we love eating our Biscuit Breakfast Casserole.
