You’ll need the following ingredients to make this Chicken Bacon Ranch Recipe:

  • Cooked, shredded chicken (leftover chicken or grab a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store for a quick shortcut!)
  • Cooked bacon pieces, or bacon bits
  • Shredded Monterey Jack cheese (Colby Jack, pepper jack cheese, or sharp cheddar cheese work too)

  • Hawaiian sweet rolls (soft slider buns)

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Use a sharp knife to slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Step 3: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, bacon pieces, Monterey Jack cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined to create the chicken mixture.
Step 4: Spread the chicken filling evenly over the bottom buns.
Step 5: Place the top buns over the filling.

PRO TIP:

For extra crispy sliders, bake them on a baking sheet instead of a baking dish and leave the aluminum foil off for the last 5 minutes to let the tops of the rolls turn golden brown. You can also make these in an air fryer at 350°F for 8-10 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the slider buns.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush over the tops of the sliders. 3 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese,1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
