For this recipe you will need:
- Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- Octonuts Almond Protein Powder
- Brown Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Eggs
- Milk
- Veg.oil
- Vanilla Extract
- peaches for the topping, Optional
To bake you will need:
8×8 baking dish
Mix all the ingredients and pour inside a greased baking dish.
Bake 35 minutes until mixture is set.
Enjoy hot out of the oven with some canned peaches, or fresh fruit! My kids will only eat baked oatmeal with peaches, and other fruit on the side!

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats Old Fashioned
- 1 scoop Octonuts Almond Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- peaches for topping, optional
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease an 8X8 baking dish
- Mix the rolled oats, Octonuts Almond Protein Powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; mix well
- Pour into an 8X8 baking dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, until set. Be careful not to overcook and burn.
