With this recipe it’s even better and MORE nutritious because it has Almond Protein Powder added to it.  Did I mention it’s only 1-ingredient protein powder? Even better!!

Octonuts Products are full of nutty, healthy goodness!  We’ve been amazed by the quality and taste of their protein powders.  I don’t say that lightly, because I’ve tried some pretty nasty ones before!

For this recipe you will need:

  • Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • Octonuts Almond Protein Powder
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Veg.oil
  • Vanilla Extract
  • peaches for the topping, Optional

To bake you will need:

8×8 baking dish

Mix all the ingredients and pour inside a greased baking dish.

Bake 35 minutes until mixture is set.

Enjoy hot out of the oven with some canned peaches, or fresh fruit!  My kids will only eat baked oatmeal with peaches, and other fruit on the side!
