PLEASE NOTE: If making any recipe Gluten Free and you are not familiar with gluten free cooking/baking, please ask me any questions, I’m more than happy to respond.  I have been eating Gluten Free for 3 1/2 years now after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease.  In many of my recipes I list the regular version and substitute the flour or gluten containing ingredient (ex. cream soups) with a gluten free alternative.  For example:  I have listed Tuna Patties on my Gluten Free list even though it has 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs as an ingredient.  I just use gluten free if I’m eating it.    I’d hate for anyone to fix it for someone thinking it was gluten free and they get sick.  If you have any questions about eating Gluten Free shoot me an e-mail.
